Whether you are on a coach tour of the area or on a corporate weekend we offer a natural relaxing atmosphere to catch a couple of fish or take away some gourmet goodies.  We have an excellent selection of regional gourmet foods, wine, cheese, smoked trout and salmon products including our famous Smoked Trout Pâté. With prior notice, we can arrange a sample platter for groups visiting the farm.  People wishing to purchase fresh fish can select them live from our pond.  We will clean them and put them on ice in a foam esky for you to take home.
